David Allen Skagerberg

David Skagerberg went to be with the Lord on May 03, 2017 in Springville California. David Skagerberg was born on October 25, 1959 in San Diego, California to William Allen Skagerberg and Helen Justine Skagerberg. When David was born they moved to Altoona, Pennsylvania. He grew up with one sister. When David was 20 years old he moved back to Hanford, California and eventually over to Tulare to finally settle down in Visalia, California. David loved chocolate, CB Radios, Lighthouses, and Rock n Roll. He worked hard and received his G.E.D. David was a warehouse employee at the California Dairies Inc. located in Tipton for 22 years. Before working for the dairy David was a Radio Disc Jockey for nine years here in Tulare County he worked for  KFRESNO, KSEQ, and KVIS. He was the proud father of Theresa Garcia, Bobby Henson, and David Skagerberg JR, as well as a loving husband to Cathy Skagerberg. He is preceded in death by his parents William Allen and Helen Justine Skagerberg. He is survived by his sister Paula Gintner as well as five grandchildren Juanita, Cassie, Isiah, Andrew, Orion, and one great grandchild Luciano. A viewing will be held on Thursday, May 18, 2017, 12:00noon – 2:00pm at Hadley-Marcom Funeral Chapel, Visalia. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, May 18, 2017, 2:00pm at Hadley-Marcom Funeral Chapel, Visalia.
