Ricahrd Emmett Harper

Richard Emmett Harper, 92, of Visalia died March 3rd. He retired from Safeway Stores. Richard is preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Mamie Harper; sister, Loredda Cain and Evelyn Hankins. Richard is survived by wife Billie K. Fritz Harper of 70 years; niece, Diana Knapp and husband Mike of Little Rock; nephew Ryan Case of Colorado and many nieces and nephews. Celebration of Life will be at West Visalia Church of Christ, Saturday, March 10, 2018 at 10:30 am. Our thanks to Westgate for their loving support.
