Cecelia F. Marks

Cecelia F. Marks 67 of Visalia, CA passed away on June 9th, 2020 in Porterville, CA. Cecelia graduated from Mt. Whitney High School. Cecelia was a kind and caring person who loved to laugh. She put her gentleness to use by being a caregiver for Autumn Oaks Residental Care for over 25 years, first in Visalia then transferring to Porterville, CA. Cecelia is survived by brother Elliott and Marcellia Melton of Albuquerque, NM and sister Gloria and Greg Harger of Lake Isabella. Cecelia is preceded in death by her sister Susan Melton of Visalia, CA. Cecelia was loved by her tribe of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews. Celebration of Life will be held at Hadley-Marcom Funeral Chapel from 1:00pm until 3:00pm on Friday, June 19, 2020.
