Frank Balderas Estril, 69, born in Phoenix, Arizona on December 19, 1953 passed away on August 31, 2023 in Tulare. He was happily retired and lived in Visalia. Frank joined the Army in 1971 and was a medical specialist. While in service he was awarded a couple of medals. Following his duty in the Army, he worked for the U.S. Forestry Division. He then volunteered as a firefighter, working on the hotshot crew. During his 40s, Frank became an Ordained minister for the United Methodist Church. Surviving Frank is his wife, Wanda Estril; his sons, Frank Estril Jr., Michael Estril, Nicholas Estril; Stepdaughter, Antoinette Martinez and stepson, Ernie Garza. Frank had many grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
