Gerald Ruiz

Our Beloved Father/Brother/Brother in law and Tio, Gerald “BlackBird” S. Ruiz, has gone to be with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on April 8, 2021. Gerald (Jerry) is preceded in death by his parents Emilio and Sarah Ruiz, son Jerry (Junete) Ruiz and 2 sisters Esperanza (Hope) Montoya and Consuelo (Connie) Ruiz, also preceded in death by Jerry's infant daughter, Sueanna Ruiz. He is survived by Fiancé Anna Balderrama, 3 children Debra Ruiz, Joanna Ruiz and Christopher Henry Ruiz, step daughter Rachel Medina, 4 sisters Anastasia (Edna) Vargas, Amelia (Molly) Romero, Henrietta Ruiz-Bermudez, Dolores (Dora) Ruiz, 8 grandchildren 4 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews. Throughout Gerald’s life he enjoyed the love of music (oldies), motorcycles, boxing, free hand drawing, tattoo artistry and more recently old western cowboy movies. He will be deeply missed.
