John Emmett Hedrick

John Emmett Hedrick - Born August 28, 1947 - At rest 26 December 2022 at the age of 75. Son to Virginia and Cecil. Survived by his son Eric and his granddaughter Reighan. An Air Force Vet, Tulare County Sheriff, a rescue and recovery diver, father and grandfather. A rough around the edges man with a heart of gold who never asked anything of anyone except to spend time with his loved ones. Always taking in stray dogs as his own I’m proud to call my best friends. I am relieved that he was able to see and hear all of his family and friends yesterday. Thank you for blessing me with life, stubbornness, laughter, terrible humor, and a sense of wonder about exploring the world. I am who I am because of you. You have been my mountain.
