June Madeline Glick

June 26, 1943 — April 6, 2024

Visalia, California

June Madeline Glick was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, friend and most of all follower of Jesus. She left this temporary home unexpectedly on Saturday, April 5, 2024 to her eternal paradise in heaven. June was 80 years old.

She was the first of two children born to Dan and Mary Frigulti in Corvallis, Oregon on June 26, 1943. Shortly after her birth they moved to Visalia, California where she would grow up and eventually help raise a family of her own.  June graduated from Mt. Whitney High School in 1961 and attended San Francisco State College on an art scholarship.  In the early sixties, she would meet and marry the love of her life Tim Glick, with whom she shared 58 years of marriage. They became parents to son Joel in 1968 and again to Jason in 1972.  Her boys were everything to her. She could brag like no other when it came to them. Whether it was the sports they were involved with or the occupations they came to choose, she was their biggest cheerleader. Soon her boys would marry and there would be new bragging rights on the grandchildren to come.   Whether it be music, sports or drama she was there to watch, beaming with adoration.

June had many gifts.   She was an artist, teacher and an amazing cook. She specialized in oil painting and enjoyed painting landscapes, portraits and wildlife.  She had a passion for cooking and baking. Her Italian roots inspired the most amazing sauces, frostings, biscotti’s and pastas. She had a business called Biscotti by Frigulti that sold biscotti to local restaurants in Visalia for years. She loved and had a flare for fashion and jewelry.  She could get more out of a dollar on a sales rack than anyone and loved to boast of her savings.  Most importantly, she had the gift for sharing Jesus and his endless promises and never wavered in her faith. June taught Bible study for over forty years. She loved and prayed for many people daily and continuously. She especially prayed fiercely for her family and friends.  We will cherish her memory and miss her until we reunite in heaven.

June is survived by her Husband of 58 years, Tim Glick, Sons, Joel Glick (Michelle) Jason Glick (Kimber) Grandchildren,  Jenna Johnson (Ian)  Jessica, Zachery and Carter Glick, brother Danny Frigulti, great grandchildren, James Johnson and Audrey Johnson and numerous nieces nephews and beloved friends. June is proceeded in death by her parents Mary and Dan Frigulti and Her In-laws Norman and Irene Glick as well as many cousins aunts uncles and friends.
