d. February 23, 2020

Visalia, CA – Elton Curtis Jordan was born on Nov. 17, 1942 to Archie and Evelyn Jordan. Elton will be remembered for his extraordinary contagious smile that left others with positive memories. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam era and had a great respect for his fellow brothers & sisters for their service. Elton experienced many miles of freedom on the open road with the roar of his Harley. Throughout his life he would return to the mountains he treasured with many adventures of hunting, running his dogs, and fishing. He loved building models as a child and fulfilled a dream of restoring an old ford truck. His creative mind produced Ham Radios, a few motorcycles, colorful landscaping, and wood work. He shared his hobbies, adventures and down time with those he loved and appreciated. Elton’s life is a picture of footloose and fancy-free unchained living surrounded by treasured friends. The last stretch of his living took him back to the faith his Mother shared with him as a child. February 23, 2020; Come inside Dutch, it’s time to rest. Elton survived by his daughter Babette Jordan, his son Mark Jordan, his grandsons; Garrett, Austin and Bryce, as well as, treasured friends and sweetheart, Cindy Irvan. He was proceeded in death by his Parents and the Mother of his children; Angelina Munoz Jordan Flores. A celebration of life will be announced through close friends and family.
