Robert A. Tipton 1970 - 2021 With profound sorrow, we announce the death of Robert A. Tipton of Visalia, California, who passed away on October 24, 2021, at the age of 51. Robert was born on April 27, 1970 in Harbor City, Los Angeles, to Kenneth and Patsy Tipton. He was the youngest of four children and enjoyed being the baby of the family. Robert lived a life filled with love, family, friends, and good times. He is missed and loved by his wife Angie, sons Matthew and Ethan, brother Steve, sister-in-laws Isabel, Annette, Candice, Stacy, and many nephews and nieces. The family will hold private services.
